That's how much the NeighborhoodLIFT® program can provide to you in down payment assistance if you meet the requirements and are able to reserve the funds.

You must be approved for a mortgage by a NeighborhoodLIFT program-approved lender before applying for NeighborhoodLIFT down payment assistance. Your new home must be your only home. If you currently own a home, it must be sold prior to closing.
The program is only for owner-occupied primary residences. Most property types are eligible for down payment assistance.
You must be purchasing one of the following types of properties:
- Single family (attached or detached)
- 2 to 4 units
- Planned unit developments
- Land trusts
- Manufactured home that meets your mortgage lender's requirements
Mortgage Loan Eligibility
Eligible mortgage loans must be fixed rate and scheduled to be paid off within 30 years.
Ineligible loans include:
- Adjustable-rate mortgages
- Interest-only loans
- Loans with a balloon payment
- Negative amortization
- Terms exceeding 30 years (except USDA 502-direct)
